Position Summary
The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator is
responsible for advancing Brookwood Construction’s brand visibility, marketing
content management, internal communications, and business development support.
This full-time role plays a key part in strengthening Brookwood’s market
presence, supporting relationship development, and ensuring brand consistency
across all communication channels.
The position works cross-functionally with leadership,
project teams, and external partners to elevate Brookwood’s profile within the
commercial construction industry.
1. Marketing Content Management (Brand Assets & Materials)
·
Manage and coordinate website updates, including
new projects, employee updates, and company announcements.
·
Create, maintain and update project data sheets
to ensure accuracy and consistency.
·
Manage and update employee resumes for business
development and proposal use.
·
Maintain and organize the historical project
tracking database for marketing and reporting purposes.
·
Coordinate project photography shoots as needed
throughout the year, including scheduling and digital asset organization.
·
Ensure all marketing materials reflect
Brookwood’s brand standards and positioning.
·
Support RFP and proposal development by
coordinating and assembling required materials, ensuring accuracy and timely
submission.
·
Manage project completion surveys by
distributing surveys to clients upon project closeout, tracking responses,
summarizing feedback, and prompting satisfied clients to submit Google reviews.
·
Manage Brookwood-branded promotional materials
and marketing collateral, including inventory tracking and vendor coordination.
·
Coordinate company-wide initiatives such as
holiday gift distribution and employee recognition efforts.
2. Social Media (Brand Visibility & Digital Presence)
·
Develop and execute a strategic social media
plan focused on LinkedIn and Instagram.
·
Maintain a structured content calendar and
publish consistent weekly content highlighting projects, milestones, company
culture, and industry engagement.
·
Collaborate with project teams to gather
accurate project details and secure third-party approvals prior to posting.
·
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend
improvements to increase visibility, reach, and brand awareness.
·
Maintain an active digital presence through
meaningful engagement with industry partners, associations, and clients.
3. Internal Employee Communications (Culture & Engagement)
·
Produce and distribute The Brookwood Beat, the
company’s quarterly newsletter.
·
Draft and distribute internal communications
recognizing employee birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and other
milestones.
·
Support planning, communication, and
coordination of company events, meetings, and internal initiatives.
·
Manage professional thank-you outreach to
clients, brokers, and industry partners.
4. Business Development (Industry Engagement & Relationship Support)
·
Attend industry association events and
networking functions as a representative of Brookwood Construction.
·
Maintain and manage a calendar of industry
events, sponsorships, and association involvement.
·
Coordinate employee participation in external
industry events and ensure visibility opportunities are maximized.
